[WebCamTexture][Android]The image is captured with vertical line artifacts when taking a photo and shaking the device on Meizu
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run a project on Android
3. Click on '02_GetPixels_Test' button to switch the scene
4. Click on 'Scene: 02_GetPixels_Test' toggle at the very top to disable the UI overlay
5. Start shaking the device and click on 'GetPixels' button
6. Observe the captured image
Expected result: The image is blurred
Actual result: The image has vertical line artifacts
Reproducible: 2018.4.7f1, 2019.2.3f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a2

This is device specific camera behavior/driver/HW bug. This issue cannot be reproduced on any major manufacture phones. You can reach out directly to the HW manufacturer to report this issue.
