[WebCamTexture][Android][GLES]Rotated image is shown for a second when switching Cameras on Samsung Galaxy S6 edge
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Change Graphics API to GLES3 or GLES2 (Edit -> Project Settings -> Player)
3. Build and run a project on Android
4. Click on 'Scene: 01_WebCamTexture_Test' toggle at the very top to disable the UI overlay
5. Several times switch between Cameras by clicking on 'Camera 0' and 'Camera 1' buttons and observe the results
Expected result: No artifacts
Actual result: Rotated image is shown for a second
Reproducible: 2018.4.7f1, 2019.2.3f1, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a2
