WebCam Texture doesn't render properly when built on UWP
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project "WebCamTest.zip"
2. Open Build Settings window from File > Build Settings
3. Switch Platform to Universal Windows Platform and build and run the Scene "SampleScene"
4. Observe WebCam Textures in application
Expected result: WebCam Texture renders completely
Actual result: WebCam Texture doesn't render completely
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.11f1, 2022.1.0b7, 2022.2.0a4
Note:
- Doesn't reproduce on Windows Standalone with Scripting Backend set to Il2CPP/Mono
Issue has occurred on following PC's
Customers PC specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070; Windows 11 (10.0.22000) 64bit; MetroSupport
Islam's PC specs
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.2Ghz; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060; Windows 10
