[Web][Mobile][InputField] Mobile Input field should be not shown on InputField with "Hide Mobile Input" enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build the project for WebGL and deploy it to a Mobile device
3. Click on Input Field that has "Hide mobile input.." placeholder
Expected result: Mobile Input field is not shown
Actual result: Mobile Input Field is shown
Reproducible: 2022.2.0a7
