Screen Space Reflection shows a distorted surface.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open ScreenSpaceReflectionTest.zip(the one that user attached with reply later) project
2.Open SSR_Test scene
3.Start play mode
-you can see a distorted reflection of a cube on the plane.
Current result: Cube has distorted surface.
Expected result: There shouldn't be any missing faces, distorted surface.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0p2,5.4.0f3,5.3.5f1
Not working in 5.5.0b1(throws errors),

Latest issues
- UI GameObjects are not positioned at 0,0,0 when creating them while Scene view is active
