WaitForEndOfFrame in Coroutine doesn't work when using next frame button when game is paused in play mode

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "test02.zip"
2. Open "test" scene
3. Press play
4. Notice how both messages get printed out: "WaitingForEndOfFrame..." and "...WaitingForEndOfFrame triggered!"
5. Click Pause
6. Clear console for better view
7. Press next frame button
8. Notice how message on WaitForEndOfFrame ("...WaitingForEndOfFrame triggered!") doesn't get printed out

Note: same problem if you move the "Cube" game object in the scene view

Reproduced with: 5.4.0b21, 5.4.0p1

Not reproducible with: 5.3.6p2, 5.4.0b20
