[Vulkan] The Player view flickers or goes black after minimizing and reopening when running a "Release" build on Adreno GPUs
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-94665“ project
2. Switch to Android Platform in Build Settings
3. Make sure that Vulkan is the only selected Graphics API (Project Settings > Player > Other Settings > Rendering)
4. Build and Run the Android Player (Make sure “Development build” is disabled)
5. Observe the Player, if the screen is flickering, minimize the app
6. Reopen the app from the Recent Apps List or by tapping the App icon
7. Observe the Player again
