[Vulkan] Tex2DMS texture is darker / doesn't work
Steps:
1. Build apk with Vulkan api and install on Vulkan Android devices
2. Observe result with other devices
Expected result : Should have the same result with GLES3 on Adreno devices which we can see the cube (lighter color) and the blue background
Actual result : Please see attached picture
Note:
The issue on Vulkan are reported in another bug report #1005195
All tested devices and api returns 1 for SystemInfo.supportsMultisampledTextures
Works fine on Windows Vulkan, and it renders the same way with GLES3 on Adreno device
Reproducible device: Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (SM-N950F, Mali GPU), Google Pixel 2

Resolution Note:
The test uses a point light, which is rendered with additive blending. When running on a device, it says "Vulkan: Blending not supported for format 109" (RGBA32F). If the format is set to RGBA16F, everything works fine.
