[Vulkan] Player crashes with an error "Error CRASH Cause: null pointer dereference"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_45244" project
2. Press File -> Build And Run
Expected result: Player doesn’t crash
Actual result: Player crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1
Couldn't test with: 2022.3.3f1, 2023.1.1f1, 2023.2.0a20 (due to "Assets\RenderPipeline\Runtime\TTRenderPipeline.cs(275,288): error CS1503: Argument 19: cannot convert from 'string' to 'UnityEngine.VRTextureUsage'")
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Notes:
- Only reproducible on Vulkan
- Not reproducible on the WebGL
- Not reproducible in the Editor
