[SRP] objects are drawn at 0, 0, 0 position, rotation and scale when Shading mode is set to 'Wireframe' - SRP batcher issue
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. If Vulkan is not the current project Graphics API, go to Player Settings -> Player -> Other Settings and change it to Vulkan
3. Restart the Editor (you could be prompted to restart as you are switching the API)
4. Switch between Shaded and Wireframe Shading modes
Expected result: Shaded and Wireframe modes only differ in how they are rendered
Actual result: In Wireframe mode, all objects are drawed at 0,0,0 position, rotation and scale
Reproducible with: 2019.2.17f1 (HDRP 6.9.0 - preview), 2019.3.0f3, 2020.1.0a16 (HDRP 7.1.6)
Could not test with 2018.4 due to constant error spam (regarding Kernel errors) when opening any HDRP project
Notes:
- To clearly see that nothing in Wireframe mode is changing, modify the 'Example Assets' Game Object's position, rotation or scale
