[Vulkan] Green pixelated Visual Element area in Editor when right-clicking on the title bar
Reproduction steps:
- Open the user's attached project
- Right-click on Game Window in the title bar or select three dots on the right of the title bar
- Observe the Visual Element area
Expected result: Visual Element area is the same
Actual result: Green pixelated Visual Element area
Reproduced with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.2.0a1, 2022.1.5f1, 2022.2.0a17
Not reproduced with: 2021.2.0a2, 2021.3.4f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Notes:
- It happens in almost every Visual Element area (Game/Scene View, Hierarchy, Project/Console)
- It doesn’t reproduce on Inspector
- Fixed: 2021.2.0a2
