Vulkan Editor gets a yellow tint with a Linear color space
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project;
2. Go to Player Settings;
3. Change Color Space to Linear (Other settings > Rendering);
4. Untick "Auto Graphics API for Windows";
5. Add Vulkan as the first Graphics API.
Expected result: After changing Graphics API to Vulkan, the Editor doesn't change its color.
Actual result: Editor gets a yellow tint.
Reproduced with: 2018.4.6f1, 2019.3.0a11.
Not reproduced with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.3.0a3 (Vulkan Editor is not enabled at all)
Notes:
-GPU drivers are up to date;
-Issue reproduces with AMD Radeon (TM) Pro WX 9100 Graphics
-Issue does not reproduce with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
