[Vulkan] Crash when minimizing player window
Steps:
1. Build a player with Vulkan with the attached project
2. Run the player
3. Minimize the player
4. Click on the windows taskbar to show the player
5. Crash
Crash dump and error log attached in comment.
Reproducible in : 2019.1.0a3, 2018.3.0b4, 2018.3.0a11, 2018.3.0a4, 2018.2.8f1, 2017.4.11f1, 2017.3.2f1
Not reproducible in: 2017.2.2p1, 2017.1.3p1

I will add to that. Recently when using Vulkan on Windows 10, in VR or when alt+enter fullscreen is activated, it freezes (this is in an exported build, not in the editor). AMD R9 Nano, Radeon 18.10.2 driver, winver=17763.55.
As for the editor, when using Vulkan and ctrl+7 performance profiler, the whole editor crashes big time, every time.
