[Vulkan][Android]Video Player displays cyan color instead of the video clip when the Player is built for Vulkan and is launched on an Nvidia Shield Android TV device
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “Video Player” project
2. Build and run the Player (File > Build And Run)
3. Observe the Player
Expected result: A video clip is visible
Actual result: Cyan color is visible

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1
