[VR] Viewport scaling breaks across numerous XR platforms
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project
2. Open Start scene and enter Play mode
3. Go to ViewportScaling scene (scene 47)
Expected Result: Viewport scaling works as expected
Actual Result: Viewport scaling does not work
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.2.0b2, 2019.1.3f1, 2018.4.1f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a3, 2018.4.0f1
Workaround:
Enable HDR
