[VR]Standalone build closes if a VR enabled project is opened
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Enable VR in player settings
3. Build for Standalone
4. Close the editor
5. Run the build
6. Open the project again
Expected result: build continues running
Actual result: build closes without stacktrace
Reproduced on 5.4.5p1, 5.5.3p1, 5.6.1p3, 2017.1.0b8
