[VR] RenderViewportScale changes at consistent rate over many frames causes tearing/ghosting
When changing the render viewport scale at a consistent rate over the course of several frames I get tearing in the headset only. It occurs using either the OpenVR or the Oculus SDK.
It also occurs whether I assign the renderviewport scale in the Update function or the OnPreCull Function.
1) Setup either headset and corresponding HMD
2) Enter playmode
3) Put on headest
4) Use the left arrow to lower the render viewport scale
5) Observe tearing/ghosting/Judder of other images in the headset
