[VR] OpenVR and DX12 crashes build
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "vivecrash.zip"
2. Make sure that in player settings VR mode is on (having OpenVR at the top), along with DX12 in API list at the top as well
3. Build including two scenes (loadingScene and generalSpace)
4. Build and Run for standalone
Actual result: Immediate crash
Expected: Not to crash
Tested and reproduce on:
Windows 10
Unity 5.4.0f1, 5.5.0a3
Could not test on 5.3 or prior due to updated API that is used in SteamVR plugin
