[VR] Oculus GO 360 video freezes after multiple scene reloads
To reproduce:
1. Build and run user's attached project on Oculus GO
2. Leave the build running for approximately 10 minutes
3. Observe application being frozen
Expected: application keeps on running
Actual: application freezes
Reproduced in: 2018.1.18f1
Not reproduced: 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0a15, 2019.2.0a2
