"VR Lightweight RP" template is missing com.unity.xr.legacyinputhelpers@1.0.0 package, resulting in missing scripts
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with "VR Lightweight RP" set as template
Result: missing script error where "Tracke Pose Driver" used to be
Reproduced on 2019.1.0a8, 2019.1.0a5
Not reproduced on 2018.3.0b8, 2019.1.0a4
Regression introduced in 2019.1.a5
