[VR] Editor crashes when entering the play mode if there is a Terrain in the scene
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project with HDRP template
2. Go to Player Settings and enable VR support
3. In the Hierarchy create a new Terrain
4. Enter the Play Mode
Result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a12
Reproducible with HDRP 6.7.1 and later
Note: The crash appears to be caused by the Camera. Disabling the main camera in the scene stops the crash from happening
Issue is render pipeline independent
