[VR]Editor crashes when Oculus Rift USB connector is unplugged during play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Enable VR in the Player Settings
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Unplug Oculus Rift USB connector from your computer
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes with a fatal error
Reproducible with 2018.1.0a1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.3.0a6
Not reproducible with 2017.4.27f1
Note: Not reproducible with OpenVR
