[VR]Black bars appear around scene view and game view during play mode with HTC Vive
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new peoject
2. Enable VR
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe Scene window and Game Window
Expected result: normal view
Acrual result: undrendered black vive edges are displayed on top of game view and scene view

Not reproduced on 2017.1.0b1
Regression introduced on 2017.1.0b2
Notes: sometimes materials and other previes get the same "effect", but this is incosistent
