The graph window doesn't open when double-clicking on the graph asset. As a result, it breaks consistency from other similar asset types

Steps to repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Project window > Right-click > Create > Visual Scripting > Script Graph
3. Select Script Graph > Double click on it

Actual Result:
Script Graph window doesn't open

Expected Result:
Script Graph window opens
