Resize cursor does not appear while approaching window edge from inside the player window when using Input System as the Input Handler
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Go to Edit > Project Settings > Player > Resolution and Presentation
3. Change to Windowed or Maximized Window
4. Toggle on Resizable Window
5. In the Player settings, go to “Other Settings”
6. Set the Input Handler as "Input System (New)"
7. Build and Run the Player
8. Try resizing the Player Window when the mouse comes from the inside of the Window
9. Observe the Mouse cursor
Expected result: Resizing cursor is shown
Actual result: Resizing cursor is not always shown
Reproducible with: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.0.60f1 (61dfb374e36f), 6000.2.8f1 (c9992ac36c34), 6000.3.0b6 (211490bb75a6), 6000.4.0a3
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.56f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproducible on: macOS 14.5 (Apple M1)
Note: You can still resize the window, it is just a visual bug where you can’t see the cursor turn into a resizing cursor

The ticket should be updated. While the window can still be resized, the area to resize the window is much smaller than before, and it's almost impossible to guess the exact 2 pixels you need to hit to make it work. Very frustrating for all users of standalone apps that use windowing.
