Visual Effect with Single Burst Spawn System stops playing when an Additive Scene is loaded asynchronously with SceneManager.LoadSceneAsync
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the Game View
Expected result: There are 2 Visual Effects playing, one from “MainScene” scene and another one from “AdditiveScene“ scene
Actual result: Only the Visual Effect in the “AdditiveScene” is playing
Reproducible with: 2022.2.8f1, 2022.3.33f1, 2023.3.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.2.7f1, 6000.0.5f1
Fixed in: 2023.3.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
