Visual Effect Graph Package links doesn't open Websites, but opens location where links files are stored
To reproduce:
1. Download the attached "NewUnityProject(16).zip" project and open it in Unity
2. Go to Package Manager
3. Press on Visual Effect Graph links
Expected result: Each link opens its Website
Actual result: Each link opens its location in Computer
Reproduced on Unity 2021.1.0a10 (11.0.0), 2021.1.0b4 (11.0.0) and 2021.2.0a3 (11.0.0)
Not reproduced on Unity 2021.1.0a9 (10.2.2)
Regression on Unity 2021.1.0a10 (11.0.0)
