Visual artifacts appears when Cinemachine Depth Of Field is on
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's project "AccumulationRepro.zip"
2. Open the Game view and set the resolution to 4K UHD (3840x2160)
3. Press Play and watch closely at legs
Expected result: model's legs don't have artifacts
Actual result: model's legs have artifacts
Reproducible with: 2.4.0 (2019.4.0f1), 2.6.0 (2019.4.0f1), 2.7.1 (2019.4.0f1), 2.8.0 (2021.2.0f1), 2.8.3 (2021.2.0f1)
Could not test with: 2.3.3 (2019.4.0f1), 2.3.4 (2019.4.0f1) (no Cinemachine Volume Settings component)
Notes:
- It's easiest to see artifacts with a 4K resolution
- When the game is paused artifacts cannot be seen
- It can be recorded (e.g. with OBS Studio) and artifacts can be clearly seen when pausing the video
- When Depth of Field on "CM vcam1" Cinemachine Volume Setting component is disabled artifacts seem to be gone

Tested without cinemachine using HDRP API and it is reproductible. Problem does not come from cinemachine. Gonna check if there is some limitations and if we could find a way around the problem.
