Visual artifact in dark areas with tone mapping and at least one other effect
Repro Steps:
1. Open the "artefact" scene
2. Look at the game view
3. See that the darker areas in the scene have artifacts
4. Select the "Main Camera" from the hierarchy
5. Move the "Bloom" script up from beneath the "Tonemapping" script
6. See that the artifacts are gone
Reproduced with: 5.6.0f3 (f2), 2017.1.0a6
Can't reproduce with: 5.5.3f1, 5.5.2f1, 5.4.0f3
Can be repeated with different effects, like "Blur"
