“View Licenses” link overflows to the right when resizing Project Settings window in the Adaptive Performance Settings
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create any Project
# Navigate to Edit > Project Settings... > Adaptive Performance
# Install the Package if it's not already
# Observe the "View Licenses" link that's to the right of the "Device Simulator Provider" checkmark
# Drag the right edge of the Project Settings Window further right and observe the "View Licenses" link
*Actual results:* The "View Licenses" link is inversly going out of bounds to the right of the Project Settings Window when the right edge is dragged
*Expected results:* The "View Licenses" link is docked in the Providers panel
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b12, 6000.2.0a7
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11

We do not have any plans to address this with IMGUI fix. This could be resolved in the future but will not be backported to previous releases.
