[VideoPlayer] When looping video, it stops at the end and is late to start on Asus tablet and few Samsung devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run on device
3. Let video loop
Result: at the end video stops for few seconds and at the beggining it is a bit late to start

Reproducible: 2017.2.0a1 (80d4f3edb54f) trunk, 2017.1.0b6, 5.6.1p1(in this version videos don't loop properly. Sound is very choppy and video clip gets stuck)
