[VideoPlayer] Videos, which exceed the limit, are trying to play on Android 4.1 / 4.2
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run on device
Actual result: VP8 1080p video is trying to play. If one checks the logcat, error is not provided
Expected result: Error exceeds limit of 921600 (from H.264 Base profile level 3.1) that is safe to use on Android 4.1 / 4.2 should be provided and video should play
