Videoplayer paused and can't start again after get back from background on iOS
Reproduction steps:
1. unzip and open the attached "MovieTest.zip"
2. build & run the project for iOS
3. push the home button
4. run the app again
5. if it doesn't reproduce, repeat steps 3-4
Expected results: Video resumes
Actual results: Video does not resume
Reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.2.17f1, 2022.1.0b16, 2022.2.0a10
Reproducible devices : iPhone6(OS 12.4.6), iPhone8, iPhone12 pro, iPhone13 pro
