[VideoPlayer][Editor] Video stops playing when drop-down list is shown
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play scene "videoTest1"
3. Wait for video to start playing
4. On the menu bar press on the "Help" button or any button that shows a drop down list
Actual result: Video stops playing (check Assets/bug2.gif)
Expected result: Video shouldn't stop playing
