VideoPlayer delays between videos of playing previously Prepared videos
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Video Bug.zip"
2. Open "Video.unity" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Listen and watch the video
5. Observe as through the video there are three stutters
There are three videos in the project and all are using VideoPlayer.Prepare. According to the documentation:

"frames can be received immediately" even though there are a couple of frames stutter between the videos.

2017.4.0f1 2017.4.18f1 2018.3.1f1 2019.1.0a13
Notes:
On 2019.1.0a13 there are no sounds in the videos.
