Video seeking in Player is slow when it was Built for macOS Standalone while using multiple displays
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "VideoPlayer Windowed Seek Repro.zip"
2. Build and Run for macOS standalone
3. In the Player repeatedly move the slider
Expected result: Seeking takes no time
Actual result: There is a 4-10 second delay before seeking stops
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a15, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.3.24f1, ,2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.1.0a14, 2022.1.0b2
Notes:
- Not reproducible in Play mode
- Not reproducible when project was Built while using single display
- 2022.2.0b1 sometimes seeks instantly or it seeks infinitely
macOS Standalone Windowed mode - When external monitor is connected, Video Player seeking is slow
