[Video Player][Windows] Specific 4K/h264 Video Clip is playing with lag on Unity Video Player on lower-spec hardware
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "VideoPlayerBug2" project and "Repro" scene
2. Enter playmode, video clip should be played
Expected result: Video Clip is played without any lag
Actual result: Video Clip stops is playing with some lag
Reproducible with - 2018.1.0a7, 2017.3.0f1, 2017.2.0p4, 2017.1.2p3
Reproducible on:
Intel Core i7-5500U, Intel HD Graphics 5500-128mb VRAM (or Nvidia Geforce 840M - 2GB VRAM) , 8 GB Ram, Windows 10
AMD FX(tm)-8350 (8 core) 4.00 GHz, AMD Radeon (TM) R7 360 - 2GB VRAM, 8GB Ram, Windows 10
Core i7-4500U 1.8GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M, Windows 7 64bit
Not reproducible on:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti - 6GB VRAM , 8GB Ram, Windows 10
AMD FX(tm)-8350 (8 core) 4.00 GHz, AMD Radeon (TM) R7 360, 16GB Ram, Windows 10

This issue is reoccurring in Unity 2018.4.28
