[Video Player] Editor crashes when playing the scene with H.265 transcoded video on PC that has HEVC extensions missing
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "TranscodeCrash"
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Enter playmode
Or to reproduce from scratch:
1. Transcode video to H265 while HEVC extensions are missing
2. Add to Video Player component in the scene
3. Enter playmode
Expected result - Some error appears while transcoding or when enetering playmode
Actual result - Crash occurs, "No suitable transform was found to encode or decode the content" is found in Editor.Log
Reproducible with - 2020.1.0a15, 2019.3.0f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.2.0a1
Note - Video doesn't play on Standalone Windows build, but does not crash

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080GTX, Windows 10 18362.476
