Video Player audio clip is unaffected by the Audio Source components settings
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the latest attached project(oc link)
2. Enter Playmode
3. Change different settings on the Audio Source component while the video audio is playing
Expected result: video sound is changed to reflect settings
Actual result: no settings affect video sound in any way
Reproduced on 5.6.4p1, 2017.1.2f1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b7, 2018.1.0a1
Notes:
- not reproduced on OSX, reproduced on Win 10
- sometimes works on the first run on a project restart, not on subsequent runs
