Video alpha doesn't work when camera clear flags are Don't Clear
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project;
2. Open "Main" scene;
3. Enter play mode;
4. Try to change Alpha in Video Player.
Expected result: Video is transparent when Alpha in Video Player is not set to 1.
Actual result: Video is fully opaque.
Reproducible on versions: 5.6.0b1 - 5.6.0b7.
Workaround: Change "Clear Flags" option in Camera.
