[VFX] Spawn Behavior inconsistent in Runtime vs. Editor
Unexpected behavior while switching to runtime mode.
Step to repro
- Import package in URP project where VFX package is available
- Open VisualEffectGraph
- Observe running VFX
- Switch to runtime mode
- Observe no more particle visible
Expected:
- Same behavior between runtime and edit mode
