ProBuilder GameObject Faces disappear when increasing the Sides Count value
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-102122” project
2. Open the “Scene” scene (Assets > Scenes > Scene)
3. Click on the “Arch” in the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector, drag the Sides Count value to 64
5. Observe the result in the Scene View
Expected result: All faces of the arch show
Actual result: Some faces of the arch disappear
Reproducible with: 6000.0.49f1, 6000.1.4f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.2.0b2
Could not test with: 2022.2.0f1 (Side Counts value does not function), 2022.2.62f1 (no Sides Count value)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Restarting the project fixes the issue
- Switching Probuilder package versions after opening the “Scene” scene fixes the issue
-
Resolution Note:
This is an issue with the GPU Resident drawer, which has been fixed.
