[VFX] [HDRP] Light Probes setting does not affect APV light contribution
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached scene
2) Make sure APV lights are baked
3) Switch vfx asset's Light Probes inspector property on/off, observe that APV always affects the graph
Expected result: When off, particles should not be lit by lightprobes
