[VFX Graph] VFX templates provides unintuitive window name for macOS, empty template, lower resolution images, leads to missing documentation
{*}Empty template issue{*}:
1. In Project Browser right-click and navigate in Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph
2. In a VFX Template wizard select Empty VFX
3. Click Create
Actual result: VFX is not created
{*}Missing docs issue{*}:
1. In Project Browser right-click and navigate in Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph
2. In a VFX Template wizard select question mark on the right side of VFX name
Actual result: notice that VFX Template documentation is missing and start window of VFX docs is opened
{*}Image resolution on larger screens (27"){*}:
1. In Project Browser right-click and navigate in Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph
2. Maximize window
