[VFX Graph] Preview Window does not draw Particles when it is converted into a Floating Window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1290635"
2. Set the Editor's Layout to default
3. Select the New VFX Graph in the Project Window
4. Convert the Preview window into a Floating Window
5. Observe the Particles in the Floating Window
Expected result: Particles are drawn as previously when the Window was Docked
Actual result: Particles are no longer drawn
Reproducible with: 10.0.0-preview.26, 10.1.0(2020.2.0b9, 2020.2.0b11), 11.0.0(2021.1.0a5)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.1(2019.4.14f1), 8.2.0(2020.1.131)
Could not test with: 2018.4(SRP was in early preview)
