VFX "Graph Output Particle Lit Mesh" node produces incorrect lighting due to wrong normals when particle is scaled
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "VFX Graph normals bug.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Make sure that the particles are emitting (Hierarchy -> "Normals bug" particle system)
3. Observe the particle lighting and the "Sphere" object lighting
Expected result: the lighting is the same
Actual result: the lighting is not the same, particles shadows are cut off
Reproducible with: 2019.3.14f1 (7.1.7, 7.3.1), 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11 (7.3.1, 8.1.0, 9.0.0-preview.13)
Could not test with: 2018.4 (pacakge was not yet implemented)
