[SpeedTree] Wireframe mode not rendering correctly ST assets
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Start new HDRP project
2. Import a ST9 asset and add it to a scene
3. Switch scene rendering mode to wireframe
4. Wait till shaders compile, move camera a bit and observe that wire either flickers or disappears correctly. Scene cam TAA is off.
*Reproduces only on HDRP.*

*Not reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.48f1
