[VFX Graph] Individual particles do not contain outline
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached HDRP package
2. Select VFX in the Scene View and observe that orange outline
Expected result: Every particle contains an orange outline
Actual result: Invisible quad is outlined
Reproduced with: 2022.2.0a5 (14.0.1)
