[VFX Graph] GPU hang when Editor is not in focus and VFX that contains skinned mesh sampling is present in the scene
How to reproduce:
1. Import the attached package
2. Focus another application or even better second screen for about 5 minutes
3. Switch back and focus Editor
4. Observe that GPU hangs
Reproduced with: 2022.1, 2022.2.0a12 (14.0.2), 2022.2.0b6 (14.0.3), 2023.1.0a6 (SMR FTP Scene)
Note:
- This should be reproducible from 21.3 and above
