[VFX Graph] Particle Strips do not have particle count readback
How to reproduce:
- Import the attached VFX
- Open that VFX
- Open Efficiency Debugger
- Observe Alive/Set Capacity/ Efficiency parameters of Strips and GPU Events particle systems
Expected result: Alive/Set capacity/ Efficiency count is provided
Actual result: Alive/Set capacity/ Efficiency count is zero
Reproduced with: 22.0a17 (14.0.3)
